FAQs – Returns
 
Can I return a tiara/jewellery?

Tiaras and wedding jewellery are made to order so unfortunately I cannot usually accept returns. However, if you are not 100% happy with your item, please contact me. It may be that I can make alterations for you, free of charge. Please note I cannot cover postage costs in this instance.

Boutique Collection jewellery, with the exception of earrings, can be returned unworn within seven days of receipt and I will issue a full refund. Rosie Priestley cannot be held responsible for lost items so it is recommended returns are sent by recorded delivery. The delivery charge on the original order will not be refunded.

 
What if my item is faulty?

If an item is faulty please inform me within 48 hours and return it to me with seven days of receipt, in its original packaging and condition. Again, Rosie Priestley cannot be held responsible for lost items so it is recommended returns are sent by recorded delivery.
