You may order via the website where payments are processed securely by Paypal. Payment may be made by credit or debit card, or through the Paypal system. If you do not wish to pay online, please call me or email me with your order. Using this method, payment may be made by cheque made payable to Rosemarie Priestley. I will process your order as soon as payment has been received and cleared.

Tiaras and wedding jewellery are made to order so unfortunately I cannot usually accept returns. However, if you are not 100% happy with your item, please contact me. It may be that I can make alterations for you, free of charge. Please note I cannot cover postage costs in this instance.

Boutique Collection jewellery, with the exception of earrings, can be returned unworn within seven days of receipt and I will issue a full refund. Rosie Priestley cannot be held responsible for lost items so it is recommended returns are sent by recorded delivery. The delivery charge on the original order will not be refunded.

Your privacy is guaranteed. I will never pass your details to other companies or any third party. All card transactions are processed by Paypal which means I don’t get to see your personal details. I only ask for the information I need to ensure your purchases arrive at the correct address.

Due to their nature, supply of natural materials (eg gem stones and pearls) can vary. This means that made-to-order items may vary slightly if I cannot obtain exactly the same materials, though I will always try to match as closely as possible. If there is going to be an obvious difference I will send you a sample of the material first.

Colours may vary from those shown on the website. If you would like to see an exact crystal or pearl colour please contact me for a sample.
